The animals are living creatures that may bite or scratch without warning. In the event of an accident, we will administer first aid but will not assume any other responsibility, so please be aware before entering the facility. Also, please check the following considerations:

• We will not be responsible or liable for damages caused to clothing or other belongings.
• Visitors who feel unwell, have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or are under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to enter the facility.
• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult 18 or older.
• Parents, please cooperate in ensuring the safety of your children and the animals.
• As a general rule, re-entry is not permitted, but if you need to use the restroom, please inform the staff.
• To protect the health of both our visitors and the animals, we ask all visitors to disinfect their hands before and after touching any animals.
• The animals frighten easily. Please be gentle with your touch.
• Do not bring your face close to the animals, put your hands on their mouths, or hug them.
• Do not feed the animals any food besides the feed sold inside the facility. Please do not bring in any outside food.
• Please refrain from using flash photography.
• Depending on congestion or other factors, usage may be restricted, exhibitions may be canceled, or cleaning inspections may be conducted.
• Bringing in pets or items that may pose a threat to the animals or cause a nuisance to other visitors is not permitted.
• We will not be responsible or liable for any trouble between visitors, lost items, or theft within the facility.
• Visitors who try to keep an animal to themselves, pose a disturbance to others, or refuse to follow staff instructions may be requested to leave. With the above considerations in mind, please enjoy the space where you can interact with the animals.
